  • When are credits consumed for the Prospecting Agent?
    Credits are consumed when the agent generates a contact outreach recommendation: it has researched the lead, crafted a personalized message and proposed an outreach play. Whether or not the prospect responds, 100 credits are deducted at generation.
  • When are credits consumed for the Customer Service Agent?
    Credits are consumed only when the agent resolves a conversation without human intervention: when the customer receives a satisfactory answer and the conversation closes. If the agent escalates to a human, no credits are deducted.
  • What happens when I run out of credits?
    Two options. Without an additional pack, the AI agent stops and a human takes over until your quota resets the following month. You can also purchase a capacity pack (+1,000 credits/month for $9) to keep the agent running without interruption.
