Jules helped us migrate Pipedrive (CRM), Monday (CSM) and our marketing tools to HubSpot for around thirty users. The scope covered migration from Pipedrive, data organization and cleansing, pipeline and sales process structuring, activity mapping, workflow implementation, as well as the construction of views and dashboards that were genuinely useful on a daily basis for the sales, CSM and board teams. Onboarding and collaborative follow-up enabled us to brainstorm effectively, and Jules played a real sparring partner role in challenging and improving our sales processes.

I'm very satisfied with our collaboration with Pierre on our new Conte de Faits project. He really took the time to understand our issues, from lead management, marketing and automation to coordinating with my partner to divide up the tasks. We now know exactly where we want to go with this project, and we're already starting to get positive feedback from our customers. Everything is much simpler for us on a day-to-day basis, and they clearly feel it in their experience. Pierre is responsive and really involved. Whenever we had a question, even outside our call slots, he went out of his way to be available and get the project moving. He also trained us to make good use of everything he built. The system is clean, clear and easy to learn, with scenarios adapted to each of our scenarios. It was my first time using HubSpot and I was very apprehensive at first, especially when it came to taking out the subscription and building everything. Today, I'm really happy with the final result. Jules est à l'écoute des problématiques rencontrées et est toujours force de proposition en trouvant les solutions les plus adaptées. Il dispose de solides compétences envers le logiciel HubSpot et les différents hub qui peuvent être implémentés. De plus, c'est une véritable formation car il nous accompagne en nous laissant réaliser les manipulations et en nous indiquant les zones ou se situe les informations. Nous devenons ainsi autonomes et adoptons les bonnes pratiques envers la solution. Pour ma part, il nous a aidés dans le diagnostic de ce qui avait déjà été mis en place, proposé des axes d'améliorations pour accroître les performances de la solution et un paramétrage poussé avec des workflows pour fiabiliser les processus métiers.

Pendant les sessions d'accompagnement, Jules est très pédagogue et d'adapte bien à nos besoins. Il nous fourni tous les éléments pour qu'on puisse avancer entre 2 sessions (résumé par email, captation vidéo de la session, lien utiles vers des outils etc...). Et lorsqu'on fait face à une problématique, il reste très réactif et répond rapidement avec des supports vidéos. Ainsi, on ne reste pas bloqué ! Merci Jules.
