Pipedrive/Monday migration to HubSpot

Jules helped us migrate Pipedrive (CRM), Monday (CSM) and our marketing tools to HubSpot for around thirty users. The scope covered migration from Pipedrive, data organization and cleansing, pipeline and sales process structuring, activity mapping, workflow implementation, as well as the construction of views and dashboards that were genuinely useful on a daily basis for the sales, CSM and board teams. Onboarding and collaborative follow-up enabled us to brainstorm effectively, and Jules played a real sparring partner role in challenging and improving our sales processes.
